The most common reason this happens is that you don't have an active subscription.
For example, suppose you participated in our free trial and were given credits, but did not use all 30 credits; in this scenario, you would have remaining credits but no active subscription.

ο£Ώ Check your subscription on iOS
Anytime you have an issue with our iOS app, please be sure that you are on the latest version of Oasis in the ο£Ώ App Store.
On iOS, go to Settings > Subscriptions & Credits
If you do not have an active subscription, then you will need to subscribe to a Basic, Pro, or Enterprise account to use the remaining balance of your credits by selecting Subscribe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you have an active Subscription and are still unable to use your credits, π contact support. Be sure you are on the latest version of the Oasis iOS app.
If you believe that you should have an active Subscription but it is showing None, try Restore Subscription. This will open an ο£Ώ App Store process to check your account. π If that doesn't work, support will be able to help you.

If you would like to continue without a subscription, you can still use Oasis in Free Mode. Free Mode allows you to use the on-device transcription and save audio recordings, but it does not give you premium transcription or any AI generated outputs. Those features use require an active subscription.
