Why don't you have an unlimited credits option?
We are working on it! For now, the Pro Plan is a better deal than the Basic Plan. The Pro Plan offers 10x more credits than the Basic Plan for just 3x the price. When you're on the Pro Plan, the price of additional credits is 50% cheaper than the Basic Plan.
Do my credits expire? Do my credits rollover every month?
Nope, your credits don't expire. Yes, your credits rollover every month. Once you have credits on your account, they are yours to use or hold as long as you want.
Can I top-up my credits between monthly refresh?
You certainly can! You can buy additional credits at any point during the month.
Can I pause my subscription and keep the credits I have?
We don't currently have a specific pause feature. If you are a monthly subscriber, you can unsubscribe at any time. You will move into Free Mode. Free Mode allows you to use the on-device transcription and save audio recordings, but it does not give you premium transcription or any AI generated outputs. Those are paid, premium features that require an active subscription.
Will I keep my existing credits if I upgrade?
Yep! Your credits are your credits for you to use or bank for the future while you have an account with Oasis.
I want to make sure my account doesn't auto-renew every year. How do I do that?
If you signed up through iOS
This is managed through your Apple account.
Through your Apple Device Settings > Select Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases > Subscriptions. Then, follow Apple's subscription flow to ensure your account isn't on auto-renew.
